1. Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made or specially ordered furniture may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to ship the item back.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the returned item reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
